We chatted with Sabreena Grewal last week to find out more about why she makes every Grouse Grind count!
1. Why did you sign-up for Grind For Kids?
I lost my little cousin to a brain tumor two years ago this July. It was the most devastating thing I have ever been through in my life. When I sat down to write the most difficult piece of literature I had ever had to compose, her eulogy… I remember sitting in my room and thinking “I would have done anything to save you, no mountain would be too big and no sea too far”. I am doing this in her memory. With it being two years now I felt this desire to do something to keep her alive for me, and like a god sent message, I some how came across this amazing charity and I didn’t hesitate to sign up.
